It is located in a quiet zone surrounded by nature, only 300 meters from the bus stop, which brings you in 2 minutes to the Ciampinoi or Sochers (Saslong ski world cup slope) cable way and to the town centers of Selva Val Gardena and Santa Cristina.
The "Fitness route" is only few steps away in summer, as well as the hiking paths, starting directly in front of the house.
